2. Please make sure all covers lock tightly.
3. Please check if the noise is caused by the audio source from user device, you may try to play other audio source.
4. Please make sure the range <10 M (30 ft) between (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) and sound source device, and no obstacles, including human body.
5. If still no sound, please take (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) to an authorized service center for checking and repairing.
