Why does the DWST08810 (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) have no sound in AUX mode?

1. Please check the volume of (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) is on minimum, if so please try to rotating the knob (3) clockwise to the proper volume.
2. Please check if (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) is at AUX, if no, please press “SRC” button to choose AUX mode.
3. Please check if user device AUX-out output sound, you may try to change other device.
4. Please check if the audio cable inserts to AUX socket entirely, you may reconnect the cable. if the problem is still there, you may try to change to another audio cable.
5. If still no sound, please take (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) to an authorized service center for checking and repairing.
