Can the DC020 be plugged into an outlet when a battery is in it? If so which will it be running off of the battery or the outlet?

The light can be plugged into an outlet while the battery is in it without damaging the battery. When it is plugged into an outlet while the battery is in it, it will run off of the AC current and not the battery.
