Why doesn't my tool have a Double Insulated symbol on the label?

If your tool has three prongs on the plug it does not require the square within the square symbol which would indicate it is double insulated. A three pronged plug indicates that your tool would be grounded provided it is plugged into a proper extension cord and grounded outlet.
