Can DEWALT cordless tools be used around high voltage power lines?

We only test to ESD standards…electrical spark discharge…which is NOT an electrical field generated by a power line.
What this means is that due to the electromagnetic field generated around high voltage, the electronic circuitry of the tools could be damaged.
