Yes, the tank on the D55168 is ASME rated. On the back side of the unit there is a metal plate approximately 2" X 4", spot welded to the tank, usually under the Serial Number label and above the large warning label .It is painted over but should be read able. This tag, part number A15535, is the ASME tag.
